Pricing
All prices on our website include VAT but exclude delivery charges. If VAT rates change before we ship your order, we’ll adjust the total unless you’ve already paid.
Payment is taken when your order is dispatched. You own the product once payment is complete. Late payments may incur interest (2% per year above the Bank of England base rate).
Product Info
SIVMA LIMITED is not the product manufacturer unless stated. Colours may vary slightly from images. Always read labels and instructions.
We may make minor updates to products due to legal or technical improvements — these won’t affect use.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders are handled the next working day. Delivery charges (incl. VAT) and options are listed at checkout.
Delays
If there’s a delay due to events beyond our control, we’ll inform you. If the delay is long, you can cancel and request a refund. We’re not responsible for delays outside our control.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Return items to the same address within 14 days (at your own cost unless we offered free returns). Keep proof of postage.
We only refund standard delivery fees. Express or timed delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds are made within 14 days once we receive the item or proof of return.
If the product is returned in used or damaged condition, or missing parts, we may reduce the refund.
Returns & Warranty
If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us at info@sivmastore.co.uk within 14 days.
Include photos or videos where possible. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label.
Warranty covers manufacturing faults for 12 months (not wear or misuse). We’ll repair or replace your item.
Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to:
- Full refund within 30 days if goods are faulty
- Repair or replacement within 6 months
- Partial refund up to 6 years if goods don’t last a reasonable time
Product Use
Items are intended for home or home-office use only. Misuse or alterations may void your warranty or right to return.
Customs & International Orders
For orders outside the UK, you’re responsible for any import taxes or customs fees. Customs may inspect your parcel. Please check local regulations before ordering.
Ending Our Contract
We may cancel your order if you fail to accept delivery. In this case, we may claim compensation.
Our Liability
We’re responsible for losses caused by us unless:
- The issue was unforeseeable
- Caused by events beyond our control
- You didn’t follow instructions
- It’s related to business use
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by our negligence.
Children
We don’t sell to children. You must be 18+ or have permission from a parent/guardian to order.

We handle your data as explained in our Privacy Policy. We protect your information and respect your privacy rights.

We aim to resolve issues quickly. These terms follow English law, and legal claims can be made in your local court.
Other Terms
- We may transfer this contract to another company.
- No one else has rights under this agreement.
- If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
